I offer a unique approach to stress coaching where we work in depth with your stress. I work with stress coaching, which is one of the most effective methods to reduce and manage stress at all levels and stages. But I also use life coaching tools to help you transform the limiting patterns that can trigger your stress response into more positive behaviors so you can become stress free in the long-term.
I help you reduce, manage and prevent stress throughout 3 phases:

1. The first phase focuses on relieving stress. You get 10 useful tools to help you find peace and balance again including methods to learn to manage your thoughts and stop overthinking. The purpose of this phase is to get your nervous system to relax and your stress hormones to drop so you no longer feel stressed.

2. The second phase is about identifying and learning to deal with your stress triggers. I help you spot your stressors and manage them. You also have the opportunity to take a personality test and to find out what your core values are so you get a better understanding of who you are and what is important for you to have, to thrive in your life.

3. The third phase is about preventing stress from coming back in the future. In this final phase, I use life coaching to help you replace stressful habits with new positive ones. I usually help my clients at being better at saying no, at prioritizing themselves, or at reducing their expectations to a more realistic level.

Grow Life Coaching provides coaching dedicated to overcoming your limitations and turning them into opportunities through open-questions, targeted exercises and hands-on tools. Meet Justine Hebert Dinesen
Certified Leadership, Life and Stress Coach
Justine is a mother of three boys, a former Senior Commercial Manager at Ørsted, and thrilled to have found her career path as a leadership, life, and stress coach. She loves assisting others in making lasting changes in their personal and professional lives and work with dedication until it succeeds.
Justine is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and she is a graduate of Mindjuice (Copenhagen), where she obtained her coaching certification. ICF is the largest international coaching association in the world, ensuring that education and certifications meet the highest coaching standards.

Additionally, Justine is a certified Stress Coach from Forebyg Stress, the leading stress coach training program in Denmark. Their concept has been successfully applied in the largest Danish research project, IBBIS, aimed at reintegrating stress-affected individuals into the workforce. Moreover, the concept has been utilized by prominent companies such as Mærsk, ABB, Danske Bank, Velux, IKEA, and many others. According to the COPESTRESS research project, stress coaching is much more effective than conventional psychological assistance in alleviating stress.

Continuing her education journey, Justine is currently pursuing training as a psychotherapist at the Danish NLP Institute. Last year, she became an NLP Master Practitioner and attended a CEKTOS course in metacognitive therapy.

Furthermore, she holds a Master's degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School (CBS) and a double Master's degree from CEMS (Community of European Management School) in International Management.
After 10 years as a Senior Commercial Manager at Ørsted and becoming a mother of two, Justine decided to resign from her job due to experiencing prolonged periods of stress...
